I think this is a cool piece. I like your use of meat. Like Pierre's piece, the only problem I have about this is the crazy mouse actions that the user must catch just right in order to see the full animation.
I like the color palette but I think that there is something f-ed up about the rollout on your piece of meat, it starts to have siezures if you don't have the hand in just the right spot.

My only problem with the swift was that if I wasn't quick the big meat flickered which made it hard to continue. Overall the idea is really nice.
The concept all together isn't bad, but the clip is too fast and kept on flickering.
Its hard to figure out what is causing what. It seems like a timing issue.
